Terms of Service

MyGamePage (mygamepage.com) is a website for running friendly NFL pick’em pools — Pick’em, Confidence, Survivor, Playoff Seeding and Super Bowl Pick contests among people invited to a pool. MyGamePage is operated by Bruce Ekstein. These terms cover your use of the site.

Accounts. You need an account (or a personal pick link from your pool’s manager) to make picks. Keep your login and any personal pick link private; you’re responsible for the picks made under them.

Pools are run by their managers. Each pool’s manager sets it up, invites members, and decides how it’s scored and settled among the group. MyGamePage provides the software to track picks and standings; it does not run, sponsor, or guarantee the outcome of any pool.

No gambling. MyGamePage does not take wagers or process payments or payouts of any kind. If members of a pool make any private arrangement among themselves, it’s their responsibility to make sure it’s legal where they live.

Text message reminders. Text reminders are optional and separate from having an account; they are never required to use MyGamePage. If you choose to turn them on, our Text message reminders terms apply: message frequency varies (about 1–4 messages per week during the NFL season), message and data rates may apply, reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel at any time.

Acceptable use. Don’t use MyGamePage to harass other members, try to get into pools or accounts that aren’t yours, or interfere with the site’s operation.

Provided as-is. MyGamePage is a small, free service provided without warranties of any kind, including that it will always be available or error-free. Treat it as a convenience for tracking a friendly pool.

Changes. These terms may be updated as the site changes; continuing to use MyGamePage after a change means you accept the updated terms.
