Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MyGamePage (mygamepage.com) collects and how it’s used. MyGamePage is operated by Bruce Ekstein.

What we collect. When you create an account: your name and email address. As you use the site: the picks you make and which pools you belong to. Only if you choose to turn on text reminders: your mobile phone number and the date you opted in.

How it’s used. Your name and picks are shown to other members of your own pool(s) so everyone can see standings. Your email is used for login, password resets and pick reminders. Your mobile number is used only to send the text reminders you asked for.

Text messaging. Text reminders are optional and are turned on only by you, with a checkbox that is never pre-checked; no one else (including a pool manager) can opt you in. Reply STOP to any text, or uncheck the box in the app, to stop at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Who sees your data. Other members of your pool see your display name and your picks (picks stay hidden until they lock). Pool managers see member names and emails for the pools they manage. We don’t sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers. We use Cloudflare to host the site and its database, Google to send email, and Twilio to send text messages. They process only what’s needed to provide those services.

Retention and your choices. We keep your account and pick history while your account exists. You can remove your phone number and turn off texts at any time in the app, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing [email protected].
